hiya! I used to run this micro bakery every saturday with the help of my amazing friends & family. I started this business so I could make the things I love whilst improving my skills, and share them with all of you. i then took a 2 year break from this business to work for the infamous cedric grolet and hone is as much pastry knowledge and skills as i could. i am now back and ready to get back into pop ups with fresh and exciting ideas!

I studied at le cordon bleu london where I graduated with a distinction in diplôme de pâtisserie. I have since worked at cedric grolet, llewelyn’s, the langham, mamasons dirty ice cream and a few other bakeries in london. I’m currently back at Little Bread Pedlar, simultaneously working on pop ups for zakiyah’s patisserie and building it up for a real shop! insha’allah.
